The http://alex.state.al.us website is a very informative website. It allows teachers to compare their lesson to other teachers. It also help prospective teachers to experience what a effective lesson plan consist of and how it is created.
I think that the alex website will help me when I get into an actual classroom setting to compare my class lesson plan to that of other teachers. Therefore I will be able to determine whether or not I will need to seek other information to make my lesson plan highly affective. Which wil inlcude maybe changing certain activities or heading in a direction with my lecture. Being able to compare your work to someone else and making the necessary changes to make your classroom lecture more effective.
